Refund and Returns Policy
At SWAY by Sudar, your satisfaction is our priority.
We want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you with a smooth and simple return or exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product should have all original tags and accessories intact.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as hair accessories, earrings, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Hair accessories (e.g., scrunchies, clips, pins, etc.)
Earrings and other jewellery that come in direct contact with skin
Gift hampers or combo sets
Sale or discounted items
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact@swaybysudar.com] with:
Your order number
A clear photo or video of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or product, please reach out to us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In case your desired product is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund as per your preference.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery (based on conditions above).
